- Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.
Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
